Our Loan Signing Services Includes:
  • Initial Meeting

  • Preparation: Gather all necessary documents from the lender or escrow company, including the loan package which typically contains between 100-150 pages.

  • Setting an Appointment: Coordinate with the borrower to set a convenient time and place for signing, ensuring ample time to review the documents.

  • Document Overview

  • Settlement Statement (HUD-1/Closing Disclosure): Summarizes the terms of the loan and itemizes all fees and charges.

  • Promissory Note: The borrower's promise to repay the loan, with details such as the amount, interest rate, and payment schedule.

  • Deed of Trust/Mortgage: Secures the loan by pledging the property as collateral.

  • Notice of Right to Cancel (Rescission Notice): For refinance transactions, allows the borrower to cancel the loan within three business days.

  • Other Documents: May include escrow instructions, tax forms, affidavits, and additional disclosures.

  • Executing Documents

  • Signing Ceremony: The Notary Signing Agent systematically goes through each document, ensuring that the borrower understands the terms and correctly signs where required.

  • Identification Verification: The Notary verifies the borrower's identity using acceptable forms of ID.

  • Ensuring Completeness

  • Double-Checking: The Notary ensures that all signatures, initials, dates, and notarizations are properly completed to avoid funding delays.

  • Following Through

Fee's

Loan Singing Fees Range from $150.00 and up.

Documents Drop off to: Local Office, Fedex, UPS and DHL with a prepaid shipping label.

Notaries Public are prohibited by law from rendering legal advice of any nature during or in conjunction with a Notarial Act. If you have any questions, please consult an attorney PRIOR to contacting a Notary.  You will be asked for the type of notarial act requested if it is not clear to the notary from the documents presented.

Any suspicious signings requested will be denied and documented for reporting to local authorities.
